My specialty?  Helping buyers and sellers achieve their specific goals.  My personal mission is succinct: I serve people before I sell property.”

For instance, when I meet potential clients for the first time, I do not have a memorized persuasive presentation.  Instead, I ask questions and take notes.  We then collaborate.  I follow up with a custom crafted plan designed to expedite their desires and dreams.

This process has served my 400 plus clients well.

It has also allowed me to achieve ICON status (the top 3%) multiple times in my company of 85,000 agents.  Accolades include garnering Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle Award, 5 Star REALTOR Award, Double Century Membership and Platinum Membership. And I was featured on HGTV’s House Hunters.

I am GRI certified, and one of a few Austin agents gaining accreditation through the Certified New Home Co-Broker Specialist Program.

Since I live in Austin, most of my business is accomplished here.  I also have a team and am licensed in Portland, Oregon.
